• We deliver all over India only.
• Delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
• Shipping charges: ₹50–₹100, based on delivery location.
• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
• All products are securely packed in sealed, tamper-proof containers to ensure safety.

2. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the shipment.

3. Return Policy

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns are accepted only if:

• You received a damaged or incorrect product.
• The complaint is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned products must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and verification.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
